While this is my second year at Smitha Middle School, it begins my 24th year of teaching-- all in middle school! I taught 12 years in Gwinnett County and 10 in Camden County.
Before teaching, I was a paramedic in Dekalb County and Athens, Georgia. My wife of 27 years is a registered nurse and I have three children -- all grown and doing well.
Life Science is fun. Learning is fun. BUT- it also involves a great deal of work! It is my opinion that 7th grade life science is the best "science" in middle school... plus you have me!!
